Like many great love stories, ours began long before we realized it. We first met as acquaintances at Virginia State University, but fate had bigger plans. Our paths crossed again in 2016, and what started as a chance reunion quickly blossomed into a love that would change our lives forever. Together, we welcomed our son, Corey Jr., in 2020, became engaged in 2021, and completed our family with the arrival of our daughter, Erin, in 2024.

Like any meaningful journey, ours has included seasons of challenge, growth, and self-discovery. Through it all we chose each other and embraced a fresh start in Raleigh, North Carolina. Today, we celebrate not only the love that brought us together, but the grace, resilience, and unwavering commitment that led us to this point—proving that the best love stories are not the ones without obstacles, but the ones worth finding your way back to.
